It is part of the 10th CDG perfume series called "CLASH", "collision". Because the genesis of each of the three Clash perfumes comes from the union - contradictory and unexpected - of very different olfactory notes. In the case of Celluloid Galbanum it is the synthetic note of celluloid and the natural one of galbanum. The idea is of perfumer Domitille Bertier who created a green-floral fragrance in which technology (celluloid) and nature (resin) converge for the first time in a perfume. To balance these two olfactory extremes, without however bending them to predictable or known harmonies, are the notes of lemon oil, jasmine, cashmeran, dry amber and musk.
Top notes: lemon essential oil, galbanum essence, celluloid accordHeart notes: jasmine, cashmeranBase notes: dry amber, musk
Celluloid Galbanum of Comme des Garçons' Series #10 CLASH reveals a softly vintage, vaguely 1970s touch, with its tender and musky allure. The synthetic, contemporary and urban freshness of celluloid plastic blends nicely with the green and floral one of galbanum, lemon and jasmine. Celluloid Galbanum is an alternative fragrance of clean, relaxing and far from obvious.Don't miss the other perfumes of the Comme des Garçons Clash series: RADISH VETIVER and CHLOROPHYLL GARDENIA
The famous designer label Comme des Garcons create in 1994 CDG Parfums, a company dedicated to products for perfumery : unisex and innovative fragrances in contrast to the traditional ones, are presented in a totally unconventional way,as it is in the artistic nature of fashion designer Rei Kawacubo. The first creation will be Eau de Parfum CDG , a real " olfactory world " touching notes such as cedar , nutmeg and cinnamon. In 1998 will be born an original and extravagant project : Odeur 53 , the first of the " anti perfumes " , it was created thanks to a technology used to clone and recreate smells of inorganic materials that can be found every day in the air. There will then be several productions like the Incense series , Play, and also Blue Lux , boasting numerous collaborations in the world of fashion and design , to name a few : Monocle , Yoshi Yamamoto , Stephen Jones and Pharrell Williams
