Known as the black gold of perfumers, oud is a very precious resin extracted from Aquilaria trunks. Wonderoud by Comme des Garçons tells the essence of oud in all its refined intensity, harmonizing it in a range of wooden shades of different shades and thickness. Softened by balsamic and honey notes, Wonderoud stands out from any classic woody-based perfume. Earthy and animalistic notes of musk and leather blend with a full-bodied woody layering, softened by the green essence of vetiver. Black pepper and cedar enrich it with irresistible pungent and spicy vibrations. Wonderoud is an eau de parfum with a strong, generous character, full of facets but at the same time light, fresh, sophisticated. A powerful olfactory harmony that envelops the wearer like a caress.
The oud used in Wonderoud is 100% natural, coming from sustainable Aquilaria cultivations.

The famous designer label Comme des Garcons create in 1994 CDG Parfums, a company dedicated to products for perfumery : unisex and innovative fragrances in contrast to the traditional ones, are presented in a totally unconventional way,as it is in the artistic nature of fashion designer Rei Kawacubo. There will then be several productions like the Incense series , Play, and also Blue Lux , boasting numerous collaborations in the world of fashion and design , to name a few : Monocle , Yoshi Yamamoto , Stephen Jones and Pharrell Williams
