Loose fit, dropped shoulders, and raw-cut wide sleeves complete its relaxed, deconstructed aesthetic.
The blue “Th. D.D. Peace” print on the front is split by the zipper, forming a peace sign cut in the middle shaping a pair of mirrored “D” letters that spell the scattered words “THE”, “DENIM” and “DIED” — a hidden tribute to Kapital’s denim roots in Kojima, Japan, and to its late founder Toshikiyo Hirata. A small lighthouse with the writing “Guiding Light RIP” completes the design, symbolizing a faded hope for world peace and a homage to the company founder.

The brand Kapital takes its name from the city of Kojima, also called the Japanese capital of denim. Established at the end of the eighties, Kapital jeans were the initially focus of the clothing brand, then over the years Kapital made its collection of clothing items bigger with new total-look creations, unpredictable and far from the fashion archetypes but at the same time always studied and produced with unequaled perfectionism.
