General return instructions:
As by law, the client has the right to ask for the order cancellation without specifying a reason (even if it's appreciated) within 14 days after receiving the goods. Refunds for products will be accepted only if accompanied by a copy of the invoice, the e-mail of the order or a copy of the receipt so we can identify the returned order.

In other cases refunds for products will be accepted only with a descriptive explanation for the fair reason of the return of the goods. If the reason will be confirmed we are going to provide the refund or the substitution.

The goods must be returned to the sender in their original state (seal and packaging included) and unused with any preferred courier paid by the client. After we verified the condition of the returned goods, the refund will be carried out according to the terms of the law.

The cost of our shipping and handling are not included in the refund. Shipping is an added service and therefore not reimbursable. For this reason, there is a minimum non-refundable charge of 10 Euro (or the cost of shipping stated at the checkout in case it is more expensive), so the client is responsible for the cost of shipping from and to our headquarters in the case of a return of goods.

We inform you that refusing to accept the package nullifies all rights to a refund, that includes also refusing to pay potential customs duties requested by your country laws for importations from the European Union. Please read our shipping information page clicking here for more details about shipping cost and duties.

In no case will these conditions be considered valid in our physical shop and vice versa; the purchases online should follow exclusively the refund procedure as stated here.

Additional concerns for countries outside of the European Union:
We ask to non-EU customers to contact us before shipping back the goods to arrange the return properly since at least a proforma document on behalf of the customer is required and most of private couriers won't offer a duty relief service for returned exportations, even if it is within our rights to demand it since a return is not a normal importation subject to customs duties. 
We'll answer to the customers by e-mail with some specific information regarding the order and the possibilities to ship back the order from their country.
Please note that if we have pay some charges to receive the return, we’ll be forced to keep those amounts plus Italian VAT tax (22% on those charges) from the planned refund.
