As by law, the client has the right to cancel the order without specifying a reason (even if it's appreciated) within 10 days after receiving the goods.
In other cases refunds for products will be accepted only if accompanied by a copy of the invoice, the e-mail of the order or a copy of the receipt, and a descriptive explanation for the fair reason of the return of the goods. If the reason will be confirmed we are going to provide the refund.
The goods must be returned to the sender in their original state and unused with any preferred courier paid by the client. After we verified the condition of the returned goods, the refund will be carried out according to the terms of the law.
The cost of our shipping and handling are not included in the refund. Shipping is an added service and therefore not reimbursable. For this reason, there is a non-refundable charge of 10 Euro (or the cost of shipping in case it is more expensive), so the client is responsible for the cost of shipping to and from our headquarters in the case of a return of goods.
We inform you that refusing to accept the package nullifies all rights to a refund.
In no case will these conditions be considered valid in our physical shop and vice versa; the purchases online should follow exclusively the refund procedure as stated here.
